Look of the day: Neutral and Neon

The neon trend has been around since last season but it’s definitely not out just yet. This spring we’re spotting neon paired with neutrals and it’s a great spin on the trend because it makes you look less like you’re stuck in the 80s and more like classic ray of light. Admit it, when you spot someone on the street with a pop of color it brightens up your day. So why not go around sprinkling some sunshine into our lives?

*** La tendencia neón ha estado presente desde la temporada pasada pero definitivamente  no está descartada por el momento. Esta primavera hemos observado un poco de neón mezclado con colores neutrales y esto es una gran vuelta a la tendencia, ya que no te hace estar atrapado en los años 80, con un toque más clásico, con toques de luz. Admítelo, cuando ves a alguien en la calle con un toque de neon ilumina el día. ¿Por qué no ir por ahí rociando un poco de sol en nuestras vidas?

Look of the day: Stella dress

Good morning everyone! On today's post I'm wearing one of the most exquisite pieces of Sandra Weil. Strikingly unique in every way, this wonderful non-traditional dress features a stylish off-white bodice with soft boning, a dramatic pleated bubble skirt in a rich grey color, and an exquisite slim band of gold piping around the waist. To add a vintage vibe to the dress I used a white blazer with a sequined detail on the neck as a cape due to the chilly weather! What are you waiting for to get this dress?? It is perfect for a winter rooftop party!

*** Buenos días a todos! En el post de hoy estoy usando una de las piezas más exquisitas de Sandra Weil. Sorprendentemente único en todos los sentidos, este vestido cuenta con un corsette blanco con un suave deshuesado, una falda plisada muy dramática de color gris y una banda delgada dorada alrededor de la cintura. Para agregarle un ambiente vintage al vestido use un blazer con detalle de lentejuelas en el cuello como capa debido al clima frío! ¿ qué esperas para conseguir este vestido? Es perfecto para una fiesta en la azotea!

Look of the day: Maxi Skirt.

Every fashionista's wardrobe should contain at least one maxi skirt.  Maxi skirts are incredibly romantic; they are also easy to combine with various style garments. Maxi skirts can make any figure look slimmer and taller, and this is something that anyone would not mind to achieve! I am going to present to you a creative way to use them this season. Leather continues to be one of the hottest trends of the season.  In this look the combination of a light fabric skirt and the leather jacket creates the contrast. The romance and femininity of the skirt, the animal print blouse with the earrings and the roughness of the leather jacket creates this unforgettable look.
