Look of the day: Blush Skirt

Who says you have to be a prima ballerina to master a blush pink skirt? This velvet oak

*** ¿Quién dice que tienes que ser una bailarina para dominar una falda palo de rosa? Esta falda de velvet oak  tiene un poder mágico que no muchas faldas tienen, es un camaleón con clase cuando se trata de mezclar y hacer coincidir su color con muchas otras tendencias. Se puede sentir sutil contra una paleta natural en bruto sin embargo, cuando se combina con estoperoles, lentejuelas o cuero negro, tiene la capacidad de asumir un estado de ánimo fresco, vanguardista y salvaje. He aquí una manera de abrazar la tendencia de color palo de rosa esta primavera-verano '14.

***Muchas mujeres tienen miedo al layering de la ropa por miedo a parecer más anchas de lo que realmente son. Mientras la lógica llevaría a pensar que esta afirmación es cierta, si dominas el arte del layering es totalmente lo contrario. En un look en capas se complementan perfectamente tus curvas y creas la ilusión de una silueta mucho más proporcional.

Look of the day: Houndstooth and Leather

Fall 2013's biggest trends have been developing during NYFW, but they crystallized like magic at the Michael Kors show it was all about houndstooth, peplums and of course my favorite: leather! It is everywhere once again as we saw in Altuzarra, Alexander Wang and Phillip Lim just to name a few...I have to admit that I couldn't be happier because I've always loved houndstooth and leather!

*** Este Otoño de 2013 las mayores tendencias se han ido desarrollando durante el NYFW, pero se cristalizaron

como magia en el desfile de Michael Kors todo se trataba de el estampado de pata de gallo, peplums y por supuesto mi favorito: el cuero! que está en todas partes una vez más, como lo vimos en Altuzarra, Alexander Wang y Phillip Lim sólo por nombrar unos cuantos ... Tengo que admitir que yo no podría estar más feliz, porque siempre me ha gustado el cuero y el estampado de pata de gallo!

As summer gives way into fall, it’s time to rotate in new wardrobe essentials. I tracked down the newest must-have’s for fall, transitional summer-to-fall pieces are essential for right now. How about a texture that's major for fall, but totally doable for the tail end of summer, too. I'm talking about LEATHER.

Leather Pants: Definitely one to save for the cooler late summer nights, but smart to invest in a pair of these now before all the sizes run out in September.  Wear it now with a denim button down and wide-strap sandals or trendy sneakers.

***Mientras que el verano da paso al otoño, es el momento de girar a nuevos elementos esenciales para nuestro armario. Busqué a los más nuevos que hay que tener para el otoño, las piezas de transición de verano a otoño son esenciales para estos momentos. ¿Qué tal una textura que es importante para el otoño, pero totalmente factible para el final del verano también. Estoy hablando de cuero.
